How do I place an order?
Choose your meals and quantities directly through our WhatsApp catalog (+31 6 57 16 15 13). Afterwards we'll arrange the date and time for pick-up right away and confirm the order together.
When do I need to place my order?
Please place your order at least 2-3 days in advance of your desired pick-up date. Orders placed later may not be guaranteed.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available exclusively for businesses with large orders in the Rotterdam area.
Pepper's doesn’t deliver to private customers at the moment.
Can I request dietary wishes for my order?
Pepper's is limited in making substitutions or removing ingredients. Follow us on social media to stay updated with menu variations and new options!
Are your meals healthy or for bulking?
Pepper's meals are made for anyone who wants to eat good without the hassle of cooking.

What if i have allergies?
Pepper's lists every ingredient used in their meals for full transparency.
If you’re unsure about a specific item, message directly before ordering.
How are the meals packaged?
Your meals come in microwave-containers so you can store them in your fridge or freezer and heat up again in the microwave.
Do you change the menu?
Pepper's regularly tests new flavors, improves recipes, and rotates meals based on customer feedback.

How do payments work?
After confirming your order, you can pay via Tikkie or bank transfer.
For cash pick-ups, we request half of the total price as a deposit via Tikkie or transfer, refunded within 12 hours after collection.
Why can't i call?
To keep things organized, we handle all communication through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or email.
This helps us track orders clearly and avoid mix-ups.
